Dr. Eddie White, JR., DMD
Dr. Edward White, Jr. (Eddie), followed in his fathers footsteps (Dr. Edward White, DDS), graduating from Wando High School in 1978, then Furman University in 1982. He completed his Degree at the Medical University of South Carolina College of Dentistry in 1986. Dr. White practiced with Restorative Dentistry Associates in West Ashley for 11 years before opening Sewee Dental Care in 1998. He enjoys all phases of dentistry especially patient education, and meeting new people. He is involved in preserving nature and the wildlife in the Low Country through the Sewee Association.
He enjoys boating, music, and just about anything else that's fun and that involves his family.
Dr. Norman B. Fine, DMD, MDS
Dr. Fine is a native to South Carolina being born and raised in Charleston. He attended Charleston Southern University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in professional biology and was on the Academic Dean's list. In 2004, he was accepted into the MUSC College of Dental Medicine, where he excelled and was the proud recipient of several scholarships for academic achievement, ethical and moral character. Dr. Fine continued is education at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center's Periodontology program for advanced training in the fields of Periodontics, Dental Implants, Hard and Soft tissue regeneration. His residency and professional relationships with other practitioners has given him extensive knowledge in the specialty of periodontics and dental implant therapy.
Dr. Fine is a member of the Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, South Carolina Dental Association, International Congress of Oral Implantologist, and the Academy of Osseointegration.
The team at Sewee Dental would describe him as a highly motivated, outgoing, enthusiastic practitioner whom is caring, compassionate, and competent. One who listens to his patients concerns and addresses their chief complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
His training, experience, philosophy of treatment, and patient care are very much aligned with those which Dr. Eddie White and Dr. Kristi Dilliard have always provided. He will be bringing a new aspect of therapy to the practice, thus increasing the scope at which we can treat your needs.
Dr. Fine has been married for 6 years to his loving wife Amy whom is expecting their first child (Preston Bradley Fine) in May 2012. He spends much of his spare time with his family and dogs (Abby and Kristie).
